Jessica Steen

 Jessica Steen, a Canadian actor, is famous for her role in Captain Power, the Soldiers of the Future and Homefront, Earth 2 and Armageddon. She also appeared in Left Behind: World at War as well as NCIS Flashpoint.



 



 Personal life



 Jessica Steen was the daughter of Joanna Noyes (an actress) and Jan Steen (an actor and director). Steen is of Dutch and Scottish origins.



 



 Steen in addition to her entertainment career is an environmentalist as well as a supporter of animal rights. Steen is a strong supporter of David Suzuki, the World Society for the Protection of Animals and the Western Canadian Wilderness Committee, in addition to other groups. She is certified as a diver and has mastered several circus arts, like fire-twirling and stilt-walking.
